Lieber Tahmineh....das ist eingelegtes Kürbis in Essig...
Dietrich hat noch keine Marmelade gemacht...und ich kan es überhaupt nicht...hehehehehehe

YES...It was really a BIG one.

not yet tried pumpkin cake...no doubt, it wil taste delicious...

Sweet Upi....this is not marmelade....
made in vinegar...

Dietrich has made also soup, and do it in about 12 sacs for the refrigidaire....

They are Coloquennes, Gaby. They are the decoration pumpkins, we can find only in Autumn season and can last until Winter time. Hi hi hi ... We bought just for their funny shapes and colours, Yaa ... for giving the autumn touch in my interior, last longer, a real vegetables and not the plastics one *I prefer the natural decoration*

Yes Gaby, they can be kept at least two months, thanks to their hard skin ... curious nature right? The years before, I've never noticed this strange vegitables. Once I remarked about Colloquenne was when we were still in Marocco and I discovered its function late after ... just for decoration for its colours and its funny shapes. I thought with theirs warm colours it could replaced fresh flowers :))) But you are right ... if we don't have enough space, no need to put somethings which only for "Dust-catcher" ... These funny "creatures" l put in the corner with some walnuts and hazelnuts ... hi-hi-hi
